Dinner are available on request at our restaurant, a few meters from the hotel. It includes a small appetizer, starter, fish, meat, dessert & petit fours using the best fresh and organic products from Mallorca. We can also offer meals for vegetarians, vegans and celiacs, as well as allergen-free dishes, according to the needs of our clients.

· Roasted pumpkin cream, delicately spiced and finished with a crispy ham sauté.
· Artisanal pastry turnover, filled with our house-preserved tuna, traditional sofrito and toasted pine nuts.
· Puff pastry duck sphere, served with apple, sweet wine reduction and demi-glace sauce.
· Light coffee foam, with carajillo gelè and intense dark chocolate.
