Dinner are available on request at our restaurant, a few meters from the hotel. It includes a small appetizer, starter, fish, meat, dessert & petit fours using the best fresh and organic products from Mallorca. We can also offer meals for vegetarians, vegans and celiacs, as well as allergen-free dishes, according to the needs of our clients.

· Fine cream of zucchini, topped with crispy pork cracklings and a delicate aromatic herb oil.
· Artisanal offal pâté, served with caramelized onion and fine crispy toasts.
· Wild partridge ravioli, coated with a smooth truffle béchamel and a rich reduced jus from its preparation.
· Caramelized French toast, served with vanilla cream and a subtle hint of spices.
