Cas Comte Suites & Spa is a small luxury hotel where we strive to give guests the relaxed, informal feeling of being in a private house. Housed in a restored country manor house from 18th Century, a keen eye for detail has created a calm and welcoming environment, the ideal spot from which to explore Mallorca's many attractions. Located in the small and quiet village of Lloseta, between the church and Ayamans Palace, with the World Heritage Sierra de Tramuntana mountains behind, and the quiet country lanes of the Mallorcan plain in front, our hotel is a great set-off point for walking, hiking, cycling, gastronomy, wine-tasting and other trips into Mallorca's hidden nooks.

Cas Comte Suites & Spa was restored by Mallorcan architect Tomeu Ramon Coll over a period of 5 years, with the aim of preserving this beautiful building's stunning original features and architecture, whilst integrating luxurious, modern hotel accommodation and a spa. The buildings and each of rooms and suites uses local materials wherever possible hand-worked limestone from Binnissalem, sandstone from Porreras and Santanyì, hand-made stone tiles recovered from an old pottery in Felanitx. All rooms, six of them in our annex building, and suites in our luxury hotel are spacious and individual, and for the peculiarities of the building, there are not two same rooms. Hand-carved stone walls and terracotta tiles on the floor, combined with contemporary touches. Large comfortable beds with white sheets and soft pillows, like clouds. All the rooms have high ceilings, a full equip bathroom with whirlpool tub and shower, heating and air conditioning.
